I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Because we’re proudly home‑grown, everything is prepared and handled locally by our small team, with a lot of care and attention to detail.Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and delivery within the UAE takes up to 2 working days from dispatch.

Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?
Your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please contact us at info@dari-living.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
For approved returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging
- Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery
Please note that sale items, promotional items, custom-made, personalized, and made‑to‑order pieces are not eligible for return. We’re also unable to accept returns for items damaged through misuse, mishandling, improper care, or for natural variations in colour, texture, or finish — these are part of what makes each piece unique.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it at no cost.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
It happens! Please email us at info@dari-living.com as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once it’s on the way, changes may no longer be possible.
How long does shipping take?
Since everything is handled locally, UAE orders are delivered within 2 working days.
Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer during holidays or peak periods, but we’ll always do our best to keep things smooth and timely.
