Shipping & Returns Policy

We know you’re excited to receive your Dari Living pieces, so we do our best to prepare every order with care and send it out as quickly as possible.

Dari currently delivers within the UAE only, with free delivery on all orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 2 business days. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

During peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or courier delays, delivery may take a little longer.

We accept free returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can guide you through the return process and make it as smooth as possible. Returns sent without prior approval may be declined.

Sale items, promotional items, custom-made, and personalized pieces are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for items affected by misuse, mishandling, improper assembly, improper care, or natural variations in color, texture, or finish.
