Refund policy

We want you to feel assured when choosing pieces for your home.

If something is not quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. We will arrange and cover the return pickup.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

As our pieces are intended to be enjoyed in their original form, we kindly ask that returned items show no signs of use, damage, or improper care.

Sale items, promotional items, custom-made and personalized pieces are not eligible for return. Please note that natural variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the character of some pieces and are not considered defects.
