Refund policy

We want you to feel assured when selecting pieces for your home.

If something is not quite right, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

As our pieces are intended to be enjoyed in their original form, we kindly ask that returned items show no signs of use, damage, improper assembly, or improper care.

Sale items, promotional items, custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for items with natural variations in color, texture, or finish.
