Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable when choosing pieces for your home. If your order is not quite right, we offer free, hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including sale or promotional items, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order pieces.

We also cannot approve refunds for items that have been used after delivery, or damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper assembly, or improper care.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or finish may happen due to screen settings, lighting, or the natural and handmade qualities of certain materials. These small differences are part of what gives each piece its character and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

To review your claim, we may ask for your order number, clear photos of the item, the inner and outer packaging, the shipping label, and, where needed, a short video. This helps us understand what happened and find the right solution as quickly as possible.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been received and reviewed, we’ll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We may decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We’ll review the shipment status with the courier and work with you on the appropriate next step.
